The 2013-2014 redesigned catalog features easier to read charts, two new products, and qr codes that link to video demos for Smooth Touch and the Stainless Steel Finishing Kits. In addition to the printed catalog, we now have an interactive online version which can be viewed here.

The online catalog has the videos embedded right into the file. This easy to navigate flip layout is also viewable on iPads, iPhones, Android tablets and phones, Blackberry, and Windows Phones. The interactive catalog can be shared and downloaded as a pdf.

Rex-Cut Cotton Fiber Quick Change Discs are rigid enough to reach into small corners, yet flexible for use on flat and contoured surfaces to remove small welds and break edges. Constantly revealing fresh abrasives as they work, they are made from multiple layers of reinforced non-woven cotton which are impregnated with abrasive grains and then pressed and bonded together and fitted with Type R and Type S style fasteners.

Capable of grinding and finishing in one step, Rex-Cut Cotton Fiber Quick Change Discs provide smooth, controlled grinding action with no smearing on titanium and stainless steel and are non-loading on aluminum, Kevlar, and other composites. Designed for use with right angle die grinders, they are available in 2” and 3” sizes with aluminum oxide and silicon carbide abrasives, in seven different grain sizes and three different bonds.

Rex-Cut Type 27 Cotton Fiber Grinding Wheels feature multiple layers of cotton fibers that are impregnated with aluminum oxide grains and then pressed and bonded together. Ideal for removing fillet welds on stainless steel and aluminum, they constantly reveal fresh abrasives to provide smooth controlled grinding action and can grind with both the side and face.

Available in 4″, 4-1/2”, 5”, and 7” sizes, 3/16” and 1/4” thick, with A36 or A54 grit sizes, and a GFX synthetic latex bond, Rex-Cut Type 27 Cotton Fiber Grinding Wheels provide finishes that are two to three grit sizes finer than comparable wheels and are non-loading on aluminum. Optional 5/8”-11 throw away adapters are offered.
